A First-Hand Look

GROWMARK Agronomy Division personnel from the seed, plant food, crop protection, sales, operations, and customer service departments recently toured Ag-Land FS, Inc.'s Tremont, Ill. facility. The tour allowed the GROWMARK employees to see first-hand how retail locations are organized and managed, as well as an opportunity to interact and ask questions of member cooperative employees who work directly with farmer/owners.

"The Agronomy Division employees were able to gain valuable insight into the operation of a dealer retail site which will enable them to better understand and serve the needs of our customers," said Rod Wells, GROWMARK director, agronomy sales and operations.

Department leaders also reported on progress toward the division's annual goals.
